The object of the call is to grant a scholarship of collaboration in the field of computer science and information technology and communications, to carry out studies and works in the field of evaluation and futurology of education, as well as in the functional area that currently develops the evaluation of top Council of the educational system of Catalonia.
collaboration scholarship aims to the selected person can deepen your formation theoretical-practical knowledge and mastery of the methodologies, tools, instruments and techniques of evaluation and exploration in the field of education, as well as the functional areas that the Council is currently developing. In this sense, the tasks entrusted to a person are, generally, in line with the status of the scholarship and, in particular, with the purpose of the assigned grant.
is also the scholarship purpose promoting the incorporation of a person to the labour market, as qualified professional who enjoys any of the required qualifications.
eligible for the grant people who have obtained a degree, Bachelor’s degree, diploma or technical engineering in date prior to October 31, 2013, preferably in the field of computer science and information technology and communications.
applicants must be in possession of, as a minimum, level C of the Catalan language.
collaboration period starts from the 1st February 2014, within a period of 15 calendar days, counted from the day following notification of the award of the grant. The initial duration of the scholarship is until December 31, 2014, and it may be extended by periods of twelve months up to a maximum of 30 months. Collaboration takes place usually on the premises of the Council and, eventually, in other places, like schools, in accordance with the conditions and development needs of the collaboration. Where it is carried out in places other than these units, located outside the city of Barcelona, travel expenses are provided by the Council. The dedication to scholarship is face-to-face, during the working days of the week between Monday and Friday. Dedication is 30 hours per week, and fellow remembers the concrete timetable of dedication with the person.
scholarship has a cash prize of 1,140 euros per month for a commitment of 30 hours per week. (
are the rights of the person fellow the following:
to) assignment of a person who exercises the function of tutoring, responsible for training and collaboration, that makes a personalized follow-up of their task.
b) certificate for the collaboration.
c) holiday of one month per year, or period of time proportional to the period of duration of the scholarship.
d) possibility to be absent from the accomplishment of the tasks of the scholarship to attend examinations or other official tests within the framework of the studies that are studying. These absences shall be shown documents.
are obligations of the person fellow the following:
to) perform the tasks of collaboration that are assigned.
b) comply with the rules of functioning of the Council.
c) attend the training activities carried out in charge of the Council or of the Department of education with exploitation.
d) elaborate a final report with respect to responsible tasks.
e) keep secret all information and documentation to which access in carrying out the tasks of collaboration.
f) guarantee the security of the data who know by reason of their collaboration, so as to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
the requests may be submitted at the Council’s evaluation of the system educational (Via Augusta, 202-226, 08021 Barcelona), or else they can be sent by any of the means set out in article 38.4 of law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the legal regime of public administrations and common administrative procedure. When the application is filed at the post office it will be in open envelope, so that it is dated and stamped by the postal officer before being certified.
the application must be accompanied by the original or the certified copy of the following documents:
to) a photocopy of the DNI.
b) personal curriculum.
c) memory, three pages maximum, indicating where the professional interests and motives and expectations for which grant is requested.
d) title and the academic record.
e) the certificate attesting to the C-level of knowledge of Catalan, and for people who have not obtained a high school degree post-compulsory in Spain, the certificate attesting the knowledge of Spanish language.
f) If certificate accrediting knowledge of English or other languages, issued by a university or an official school of languages.
the applicant must also provide a responsible statement as it is not in any of the causes that prevent status of recipient of the scholarship, in accordance with article 13.2 of law 38/2003 of 17 November, general subsidies.
